It came to my attention that I haven't posted a blog post in, a very long time. Too long to be perfectly honest. For those who actually read my blog, my most sincere apologies are one to you. Since it's summer, I'm going to try and write SO MUCH MORE! My main goal this summer is to hit 500 views.

It's time to blow the dust off my laptop, open it up and write a bunch of reasons of why I haven't been active and haven't wrote a blog post entry for a while, but I'm not going to do that, instead I'm going to write a blog post entry and give you the songs I'll be jamming out to this Spring! Enjoy! I am going to get back on track with blog posts every week from now.

In my mind keeping a diary is one of the most important things in life. If you think about it, if people in the olden times didn't keep diaries, we as a generation wouldn't know much history as we do know. Writing a diary is really sentimental and can help a person express themselves. It helps people in the long run by: improving their short-term memory and more! It helps people figure out who there are. This my diary! I got it from TK Maxx for £4.99. It's a stunning marble, a quarter of it is a light shade of pink and in gold it says " MORE LOVE "

TIPS ON KEEPING A DIARY:

Have a motive!                                                                                                                                   When you have a motive, you are more likely to stick to writing a diary. My motive is : improve my handwriting and to be able to look back onto my memories when I'm older.

                                                                                                                                                                It's scientifically proven to improve mental health and raise you're self-esteem!    

This is very useful for me as I suffer anxiety and have very low self-esteem.

Take care of it!

 Make sure it stays clean and pretty! If it were me I wouldn't want to be writing in a ripped, stained journal!

So this blog post is dedicated to my childhood. All of the stupid things and mistakes I've done and all of the things I use to believe in. So lets starts the list :

1. I use to believe Santa was a girl. I don't really know how this happened but it did....

2. I left EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING to the last minute. I still do this....  It's a terrible habit that I need to get out of because everything that I do becomes terribly messy and scruffy.

3. I use to think that brushing your teeth would give you the magical ability to shoot lasers out of my eyes. My mum said this to get me brushing me teeth.

4. I once got so annoyed with my parent that I ran away from home. And by ran away from home I mean got on a bike, biked about 20 meters away (this was in my Nan's house which apart from her house is nothing but fields...) got hungry and biked back.

5. I threw my dog a birthday party. We got him a cake and everything....

6. I had a terrible fear of snakes. I still do to be honest. I remember once my dad did a snake sound when I was a lot younger and I literally ran faster that a cheetah.

7. I use to hate chocolate... yes I know I was an absolute nut case.

8. I played this really stupid but hilarious game with my friend whenever we went swimming. Basically we each had to get a rock and throw it in the pool or ocean or wherever we were and then we had to pretend we were the rocks we just through in and pretend to be drowning and becoming princesses of the ocean... we were weird!

9. I use to force myself to eat vegetables I hated.... don't ask why

10.  I was always scared to go to the toilet because I thought that a gigantic snake lived in the tunnels and all that ( Thanks Harry Potter) So I used to think that when I went to the toilet a giant snake would swallow me..

In today's post I will be reviewing the holy grail cleansing water. The Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water. I have to say that this is one of the best cleaning/ makeup remover thing you will ever come across.

I am sure we all have those amazing moments and happy places that every one likes to experience every once in a while. I am going to share with you a few of my favourite moments. If you're upset, just imagine yourself in one of these places. "These are a few of my favourite moments (things):......"

1. Being cuddled up nice and warm in a blanket sitting by a fireplace with a hot chocolate in your hands, your favourite pair of slippers keeping your feet cosy. The snow/rain tapping on the windows, your mind is stress-free and you feel calm and relaxed. The fire crackles as you stare at the beautiful flames creating a nice warmth.

2. A beautiful summers night sitting on the damp sand at the breath-taking beach watching the magnificent sunset. The multiple colours surround the sun including: blues, pinks, oranges, and purples. The subtle wind blows your hair away from your face. Even though its slightly windy, it's still really warm. The outstanding waves manage to reach the tip of your toes but then get pulled back into the ocean.

3. It's a hot day and you're in the middle of a beautiful field. The field is full of fascinating flowers. Ranging from daisies to daffodils. It feels like you're standing on a blooming rainbow. There are more colours than you could ever imagine. You look into the distance and all you can see is miles and miles of flowers. You look down onto your bare foot feet and look at how it looks likes the flowers are devouring your feet. They disappear among the stunning flowers.

(This was the point were I got a bit distracted on Tumblr for a while... sorry)

3. You're jumping around, front row of your favourite band/singer. Bodies surrounding you. The performers lead singer picks ups a water bottle and starts squirting the audience with the water. You scream along to the lyrics of your favourite song by them. You and your best friend dance around. For that split second you make eye contact with your favourite one. That was the best moment of your life.

4. (This one is for all you Tumblr addicts .. you know who you are)
Your sitting on your bed with your laptop on your lap. The TV is turned on in the background. You have piles and piles of food by your side. You're scrolling through Tumblr (Or any of your preferred website/social media) Every now and then you reach for a slice of pizza or a scoop or ice cream.

Welcome back to my blog! In this entry am going to be telling you my goals to achieve for this year. Yes this is basically New Years Resolutions, but we all know that those never stick, so I renamed in hope that I will to manage do these. Truthfully, I don't actually like New Years resolutions, they are useless things that people say they will do but never actually end up doing. Thats why am doing it a month or so later than The New Years. Amway onto my Goals:

Exercise and Eat Healthier:
Yes yes, I am aware that this is most peoples New Years Resolutions and that most people say that they will but never do, but I am determined to do this and to be honest I have actually started, I eat a lot healthier and go jogging every other day. Having a healthy lifestyle is crucial. It expands your life and overall makes you a lot happier. (I know I sound soooo cheesy right now)

Get better at giving advice:
I know this sounds weird, but hear me out: Every few nights I will get a friend ringing me with a problem, I never fail to comfort them, but my advice...... sucks! I am TERRIBLE at giving advice. My friends regularly come to me when something is bothering them and trust me, I really don't mind, in fact I love comforting people ( makes me feel nice inside) but when it comes to the part where am suppose to give advice, I will, without fail, say the wrong thing. I guess a way to stop this is stay up all night reading quotes. Quotes ranging from emotional to  funny to romantic. But in all seriousness I really want to try and get better.

Start cleaning my face more!!!
I tell myself this EVERYDAY, "tonight , before you go to bed wash your face." I always end up forgetting and then I always end up remembering in the middle of the night and then being too lazy to get up and do it. Washing your face is a big part of a girls life. Especially when Auntie Flow comes to visit and causes a few breakouts, yes I know being a girl can suck.
